PRONACULTURES: System to detect microbial contamination in liquids and/or on surfaces + See PRONACULTURES Product List GENERAL INFORMATION Flexible pronacultures are an easy and efficient alternative to the traditional methods used (cotton swabs etc.) for microbial contamination studies in liquids and/or surfaces. The flexible pronacultures include: 1.- A transparent container to preserve the sterility of the culture medium. 2.- A flexible, two-sided tongue which enables full contact between the culture medium surface and the analysis area. You can either use the same or a different culture medium on each side, which is divided in 1cm quadrants to facilitate the direct microbial density count. The total contact surface measures 8cm²/side. 3.- Self-sticking labels to number samples. For an easy interpretation of the number of colonies, use the following table: |
