| Expiration date: 90 days after manufacture date. Presentation: Box of 10 units. Preservation and Storage Prona-Rodac plates are products designed for “in vitro diagnostics” and should be kept refrigerated between +8º˚C and +15º˚C (do not freeze). Before use, remove from refrigerator and allow to stand for 15 minutes to reach room temperature. Once opened, do not touch the Prona-Rodac plates with bare hands. Method of Use A. Sample collection on surfaces: 1.- Remove lid. Make sure they do not present any signs of contamination or dehydration. 2.- Hold the extremes of the plate and exert pressure over the analysis surface for a few seconds. Avoid spreading the medium on surface. 3.- Place lid on plate. 4.- Identify sample. 5.- Incubate. Incubation time and temperature depend on the medium used. B.
