Packaging

Suspend 56.5 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water, add 1 ml of Tween 80. Mix well. Swirl to obtain an homogeneous suspension. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute. Dispense it in adequate containers and sterilize in autoclave at 121ºC for 15 minutes.
