Graham Test

The adult forms of Enterobius vermicularis inhabit the large intestine and rectum but the eggs are not commonly found in faecal material because the adult females usually migrate at night, through the anus to the perianal area, where they lay the eggs.


The Prona Graham’s test is based on the scotch tape system of collecting the eggs of Enterobius vermicularis. It’s an easy and cost-effective method used worldwide.
