ThruPLEX HV PLUS for the discovery of biomarkers from liquid biopsy

Beatriz holds a PhD in Biodiversity, Genetics & Evolution from the University of Porto, Portugal, where he studied parasite evolution and ecology from wildlife host species. She then worked during six months in a genomic services start-up company in Denmark, where she performed NGS analysis of RNA human samples. Beatriz has also a strong background in PCR-related techniques. Beatriz has joined Takara Bio Europe as Technical Support Specialist, NGS.
Abstract
ThruPLEX HV is a complete, fast, and accurate NGS library preparation system that enables highly sensitive and reproducible results from challenging samples, such as liquid biopsies. The entire three-step workflow takes place in a single tube or well, in about two hours, with minimal hands-on time. ThruPLEX DNA-Seq HV is available in different kits that offer either a complete solution from input DNA to sequencing-ready libraries, or a partial workflow for increased flexibility and better customization for an experiment’s needs. Also worth highlighting, ThruPLEX Tag-Seq HV shares the same trusted technology, with the added advantage of unique molecular identifiers (UMIs).
