Supplements

In order to increase a given culture medium selectivity, a supplement or additive not included in the medium due to its sensitivity to sterilization temperature must be added, on certain occasions, to ensure the isolation and identification of specific microorganisms.

Condalab supplements are available in freeze-dried vials for greater stability and lifetime. Certain supplements not susceptible to freeze-drying are presented in vials with sterile solutions, without the need for previous dissolution.

Both formats allow Condalab supplements to remain stable for a long period of time, without affecting their quality or functionality.
